Tree of Remembrance Ceremony

We will gather to remember those lives lost to violence. As we host those families of over 60 lives gone too soon our church yard will transform into a beautiful scene of luminaries and a beautiful Christmas Tree which will light up as the names of these 60 individuals are read aloud. The one hour ceremony will be hosted by Kevin Riley Foundation of hope and will consist of a Christmas Tree lighting, a candle light vigil, and a luminary display. The famillies will enjoy hot coco and home baked cookies courtesy of Church of the Good Shepherd. This is our 4th year partnering with Kevin Riley Foundation as the host church for this very special and moving event.
